You are welcome to bring your own lock for added peace of mind or you can purchase a new, sealed padlock directly from our on-site packaging store. By choosing to buy one of our locks, you ensure that you are the only one with a key to your padlock.
For both security and liability reasons, we do not keep keys to any customer’s storage unit. This ensures that you are the only person with access to your belongings.
You are welcome to access your storage unit during our office hours as often as you need. For those who require round-the-clock access, we offer a premium service that allows 24-hour access throughout the year.
At EasyStorage, we offer flexible rental periods to suit your needs. There is no minimum rental period — you can store your items for as little as one day or as long as several years. Our contracts are also renewed monthly, allowing you the flexibility to store your belongings without any long-term commitment.
You can terminate your storage unit rental with just 7 days' notice. Fees are payable in advance for a minimum of one month, but we will prorate your final invoice to ensure you only pay for the time you actually use without any excess.
If you want to move out of your storage unit, you can notify us in several convenient ways:
Your move-out notice must include your name, unit number, and the date the notice is given. After you have moved out, we will process a refund for any unused rental payments and your initial deposit (if applicable) within 20 days.
Yes, for your peace of mind, we require all our customers to insure their stored goods through our Al-Nisr insurance cover policy. This protects your valuables while in storage, and gives you the flexibility to adjust the coverage amount at any time to suit your needs.
