Our standard sizes range from 2m2 to 25m2 with a standard height of 2.75m. but we also offer On-Demand-Spaces for larger sized units up to 400m2. Of course we strongly encourage you to visit us and choose your unit at the store!
You are welcome to use a lock of your own but you may of course purchase a sealed padlock at our store which will ensure that no one else holds a key to your padlock.For security as well as liability reasons we do not hold any key to your unit.
There is no minimum rental period, you can store with us for a day or for many years. Contracts are automatically renewed on a monthly basis and our service agreement creates no long term commitment. You can leave your storage unit at a 7 days notice.
Your fee will always be payable in advance for a minimum of one month and we will pro-rate your last invoice so that you don’t pay for more storage time than you should .
For total peace of mind, all our customers are required to insure their stored goods through our Al-Nisr insurance cover policy. You will be able to modify the amount covered at anytime.
Yes. You will find trolleys as well as pallet trucks and other moving equipment at your entire disposal at our facility.
You can access your unit as many times as you desire during our extensive office hours. We also offer a premium service which will allow you to enjoy a 24hour access all year round.
You can allow access to your unit for as many people as you would like. You will just need to fill-in the corresponding form at our office
You can transfer from your storage unit to any other size unti at anytime as your requirements change.

We require a seven days notice before you vacate your storage room. You can inform us by email, fill-in our vacate form on www.easystoragejo.com/vacatenotice , fax it in person at our store. Handing your move-out notice in time will ensure that you get a refund for The notice must contain your name, your unit number and the date your notice is given. On completion of your move out, a cheque refund will be processed within 20 days for the initial deposit, if applicable, along with any rental payment that is not used.
